1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dose of AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website at https://doseofai.com, subscribing to our newsletter, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of the Service

Dose of AI provides (a) a daily email newsletter (“Daily Dose”) about AI tools, workflows, and related content, (b) a public website with curated tools, recipes, papers, and comparison features, and (c) optional account and subscriber features such as saved items, collections, and preference management. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. The service is currently offered free of charge; if we introduce paid features, we will disclose applicable pricing and payment terms separately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. Our services are not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (see our Privacy Policy).

4. User Accounts and Registration

You may subscribe to the newsletter with only an email address, or create an account (e.g., with email and password or via a third-party provider such as Google or LinkedIn). You agree to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, fifty Canadian dollars (CAD 50). 10. Termination

By you. You may stop using the service at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email or our Unsubscribe page. You may close your account through your account or preference settings or by contacting us.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, or your account or subscription, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or to protect the service or other users. Where required by law, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy where appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and General) will survive termination.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you by email (where we have it) or by a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
